an acceptable stay
good staff good breakfast loud pub dated building
i found the staff to be good. breakfast included a good choice of items, like cereals and juices. the cooked option was also available. it was all included in the room rate.
the room was right above the pub and it was a little loud. the building felt pretty dated to me. i did feel that it was a bit overpriced.

friendly staff delicious breakfast
the location was convenient after arriving at the airport. the reception staff were friendly. breakfast tasted delicious and seemed freshly cooked. there was sufficient parking.
the building looks aged from the outside. thousands of cigarette ends lied outside, this gave a bad impression. it suggests no one cares, not the case inside.

surprisingly good stay
renovated rooms helpful staff great service
i was expecting a basic experience. i found renovated rooms that were actually comfortable. the staff helped me with my bags, as there isn't a lift. this service was a great help.
the room was above the entrance to the bar. i could hear smokers outside and people on the stairs late at night. this noise impacted my sleep quality.

surprisingly lovely stay
seamless luggage storage early departure above beyond
Peter drove us to culloden! he even stopped at balnuaran of clava first. luggage storage was seamless prior to check-in. i got sandwiches for a very early departure. The staff really were really good.
the door at the bottom of the stairs leading to the rooms banged constantly. this happened day and night, and i found it very annoying. a soft close hinge would fix it.

the breakfast was more than generous with several choices available. the staff ensured i had what i needed. the fish and chips looks great!!!

friendly staff helpful tips small tv noisy area
The staff was friendly. They gave plenty of tips about the area. I forgot my charger, but they kept it safe for me. I picked it up two days later.
The TV in the room was very small. I found the dining area noisy because of locals. The food seemed like typical pub grub. it was inexpensive.
